Continuing education courses are for individuals working in the medical field who wish to advance their skill level, refresh their knowledge on a specific subject or renew a certification. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• January 7, 10, & 17

• November 8, 13, & 21

*Participants can take a 1-day, 2-day, or 3-day course depending on previous ACLS courses taken.

Prerequisites: Must be a rhythm analysis-competent Physician, Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Emergency Medical Technician or Respiratory Therapist

Neonatal Resuscitation for Providers/Recertifications

• April 2
• July 10
• October 10

Time: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Neonatal Resuscitation for Providers/Recertifications

• April 11
• October 23

Time: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Location: Wilson Medical Building
Note: Participants will be required to take their test online within 30 days prior to the date listed. MegaCodes are completed in one of the 4-hour time frames listed above.
Prerequisites: Must work in the medical field with infants: Physician, Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, Emergency Medical Technician, Obstetric Patient Care Technician, Respiratory Therapists.

Pediatric Advanced Life Support (1-day Provider)

• April 30 - (8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
• October 14 - (8:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.)
