Darshan Vyas, M.D.
Dr. Vyas joined the staff of ORL, Inc. in 1998. He came to Sidney from Boston after completing his residency at Harvard Medical School. His home state of Michigan is where he received both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Since arriving in Ohio, he has joined the faculty of the Wright State University School of Medicine as an Assistant Clinical Professor. He became board certified in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery in 1999 and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons in 2001. Dr. Vyas practices the full range of Ear, Nose and Throat medicine and surgery and finds the diseases of children particularly interesting. He is especially skilled in the areas of endoscopic sinus surgery, tear duct procedures, facial lesions and skin cancers, thyroid and salivary gland procedures and eardrum and ear bone reconstruction.

Randall Welsh, M.D.
Dr. Welsh joined the staff of ORL, Inc. in 1984. A native of Ohio, he completed his undergraduate work at Miami University. He finished medical school and residency training in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck surgery at the University of Cincinnati. He became board certified in his specialty in 1984. Dr. Welsh currently serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor for Wright State University School of Medicine. Dr. Welsh practices all aspects of Ear, Nose and Throat medicine. His special interests include voice disorders, pediatric disease, use of Botox and disorders of hearing and dizziness. He served as Chief of Staff at Wilson Memorial Hospital from 2004-2006.
