Wilson Memorial Hospital is a full service community hospital serving residents of Shelby County and some of the surrounding communities. The hospital is accredited by the Healthcare Facility Accreditation Program (HFAP). The Sidney and Shelby County communities have always supported their community hospital. Leaders throughout the county volunteer their time and talents to serve as hospital trustees and also serve on the hospital’s foundation board. In addition, 300 women and men currently volunteer their time to the hospital through the Auxiliary, hospice services and chaplain’s program. Wilson appreciates and depends upon the goodwill of the community for its continued mission of providing quality care to those in need of medical services.
