The Physical Rehabilitation Department offers the most advanced therapeutic methods, exercise equipment and pool to help patients regain normal physical functions. Also offered are sports enhancement and conditioning, and work conditioning to help injured employees return to their work environment. Occupational therapy and speech therapy help patients who have experienced disabling conditions re-learn basic living and functioning skills.

Cardiopulmonary rehabilitation works wonders for patients recovering from heart surgery or people with chronic lung disease. This therapy can help enhance patients physically and emotionally with a caring staff to help every step of the way. For those with advanced kidney disease, we offer inpatient kidney dialysis services and outpatient care at the Shelby County Kidney Dialysis Center. Now area patients no longer have to travel far for these necessary treatments.
