Wilson Memorial Hospital's Home Health and Hospice program was founded in 1984 to provide comprehensive in-home health and supportive services for Shelby and surrounding counties' disabled and chronically ill patients and their families. Our care giving team offers services ranging from basic assistance with daily living to advanced medical treatment.
